The Ohlins Road & Track NIX 22 cartridge kit is based on experience learned through decades of high end suspension manufacturing. The kit delivers loads of performance with stable damping characteristics while ensuring a smooth comfortable ride. This technology is now available for Harley-Davidson Sportster and Dyna riders and considerably increases the whole experience of riding a Harley-Davidson.

The Kit has the Ohlins proven “NIX” design which features compression damping in the left leg and rebound damping in the right leg, which allows for a more precise function and stability. Adjustments are made at the top together with the spring preload and the cartridge system ts bolt-on and is easy to install in standard front forks.

The NIX 22-kit has been tested extensively and tailor made to suit the individual requirements and characteristics for each individual bike.

The new Blackline STX36 shock absorbers is developed for bikes with twin shock absorbers. The Ohlins STX36 Blackline are a classic monotube design, featuring all the classical Ohlins qualities delivering top notch ride comfort and performance for your bike. Available in dividing piston or piggyback versions, depending on application, it can also be specified with a number of different damping and length adjustment options.

They are designed for Harley-Davidson and custom bikes with twin shock absorbers.

The Ohlins FKC101/FKC102 Fork Cartridge Kit introduces Ohlins quality and performance to the front forks of the popular line of Harley Davidson FLH/FLT Touring Baggers.

The goal with the new kit was to create a high-end cartridge damping system with maximum comfort for the Harley-Davidson front forks. The focus for the development of this application has been on vehicle control and a smooth comfortable ride.

The kit features an 8 mm steel shaft, an aluminum damper tube and 25 mm pistons. The kit also features the Ohlins NIX technology with rebound damping in one leg and compression damping in the other leg. This maximizes the damping that is available within the con ned diameter of the fork leg.

Due to the mounting requirements of the FLH/FLT fork legs the FKC101/ FKC102 kit has no external adjusters. The kit is easy to install in the originally equipped fork legs. Optional spring rates are available for individual rider weights, preferences and motorcycle use.
